2009年より国内大手の設計施工会社にて、首都圏の大型オフィスを中心に、PM・設計・施工案件に従事。
2023年より、カルダー・コンサルタンツ・ジャパンに参画。
関係者の多いプロジェクトでのファシリテーションに始まり、大規模オフィス移転における設計・施工ベンダーとの交渉や調整ごと、スケジュール・コスト・品質のバランスを保ちながらプロジェクトを推進することを得意としています。

Since 2009, Jumpei has worked at a domestic construction company, specializing in the design and construction of large office campuses in the Tokyo metropolitan area, focusing on project management, design, and construction. In 2023, He joined Calder Consultants Japan. He excels in facilitating projects with numerous stakeholders, coordinating between parties, negotiating and coordinating with design and construction vendors for large office relocations, and maintaining a balance of schedule, cost, and quality to drive projects forward.
