國盛 麻衣佳

アーティスト・研究者。絵画のみならず、現代アートや地域社会と結びつくアートプロジェクト、執筆など多岐にわたる活動を展開。文化資源学の視点から、組織のコンテクストや歴史をワークプレイスにおいて価値化し共有するための言語化・視覚的アウトプットを得意とする。
大学講師としても活動し、新聞連載、単著・共著出版や公募展等の受賞歴多数。
東京藝術大学大学院にて修士号（美術研究科 壁画専攻）、九州大学大学院にて博士号（環境遺産デザインコース 遺産理論専攻）を取得。
第84回西日本文化賞【奨励賞　社会文化部門】受賞（2025年）。

An artist and researcher, Maika works across a wide range of fields including painting, contemporary art, art projects connected with local communities, and writing.
Drawing on a cultural resources studies perspective, she specialises in articulating and visualising the context and history of organisations, and in translating these into shared value within the workplace.
Maika also teaches at university level and has an extensive track record that includes a newspaper column, single‑authored and co‑authored publications, and numerous prizes in open-call exhibitions.
She holds a Master’s degree (Mural Painting Major, Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts) and a PhD (Heritage Theory, Environmental Heritage Design Course, Kyushu University Graduate School).
Maika received the Encouragement Prize in the Social and Cultural Division of the 84th Nishi-Nippon Culture Awards in 2025.
