本多宏明

在学時代より一貫してワークプレイスに携わり、ワークプレイス業界における人的ネットワーク、学術的知見を有する。
2011年より株式会社内田洋行 知的生産性研究所にて、2015年よりシービーアールイー株式会社にて、幅広い業種業態の国内大企業を中心にコンサルティング活動に従事。
2020年12月、合同会社mokumeを立ち上げ、代表社員に就任。
京都工芸繊維大学大学院にて修士号（工芸科学研究科デザイン経営工学専攻）を取得。

Hiroaki has overall 10 years of experience in workplace design research with bachelors and masters’ degree. He has participated in various workplace research projects based on collaboration between the government, industry, and academia, e.g. leading companies within office supplies, furniture, auto parts manufacturing industries and prefectural offices.
He has also led change management projects as work style consultant for leading companies within the technology, automobile, and multifunction printer industries.
He is expert in facilitating employee workshops, making internal promotion tools such as role illustration or movie. He believes in the importance of engaging employees, in addition to top management, in order to program quality workplaces
