Calder Consultants assisted Pembroke in the marketing, test fits, floorplate assessment and tenant briefing for their 20 Martin Place office tower refurbishment, to ensure a long term asset is developed that fits into the Pembroke investment portfolio and meets the future tenant needs of the Sydney market Act of Killing.  The 20,000 sqm building was refurbished to create a premium tower in the heart of the financial services precinct of Sydney.
