Calder Consultants assisted Pembroke in the marketing, test fits, floorplate assessment and tenant briefing for their 20 Martin Place office tower refurbishment, to ensure a long term asset is developed that fits into the Pembroke investment portfolio and meets the future tenant needs of the Sydney market. The 20,000 sqm building was refurbished to create a premium tower in the heart of the financial services precinct of Sydney.
