The core team of Calder Consultants has been advising National Australia Bank since 2002, developing innovative workspace strategies that support the NAB business objectives, developing briefs for most parts of the organisation (>100,000 sqm), creating a national flexible working pilot, and measuring the performance of the new workspace solutions. The team played a major role in the business case, base building and fitout briefing for the 63,000 sqm 700 Bourke Street development in Melbourne, and continues to provide strategy and transformation support.
