Calder Consultants and CalderMacmorran were pleased to be advised that Issue 8 of Japan’s Worksight Magazine, the world’s preeminent workspace publication, was to include a feature of NAB’s innovative workspace at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands.

The full feature, in both English and Japanese, can be found in our Research and Articles section – click here to read.

The article, incorporating an interview with Roger Macmorran, provides readers with an overview of the project’s conception, its development and the associated change management process with insights into NAB’s transition to Real Time Working and how the 63,000sqm building creates a sense of freedom and openness for the 6,000 employees located on site.  It also discusses community-focused initiatives such as The Village, the customer co-working space providing NAB’s business customers with free-to-use drop-in workspaces, meeting rooms and facilities, which assists NAB to discover and build stronger relationships with growing companies.

Worksight publishes a bi-annual magazine, website and hosts events that focus on the sharing of insights around redesigning working environments to change workstyles and improve business outcomes.  Further information on Worksight can be viewed here.
